Secure e-mail

I use GPG for secure e-mail, which is compatible with most PGP crypto algorithms. GPG codes are all open and royalty free.

GPG adheres to the new open standards which use the Web-of-trust instead of a trusted 3rd party. The web of trust method is not only more secure than a 3rd party (like VeriSign), but is not controlled by anybody. It is crypto by the people, for the people.

Notes on GPG Installation with Enigmail/Mozilla.

If you want to send me something encrypted, my public key is:

I have uploaded this key to servers at:
horowitz.surfnet.nl:11371
pgp.mit.edu
It is not signed, and has almost no web-of-trust but I'll get there someday. For now, you could check that this key matches the ones on these servers for some level of security. Most people who need to send me encrypted data at this time know me, and can contact me in person to verify this key.
