Asian Coleslaw
- 1/2 head cabage, sliced into thin shreds
- 4-6 green onions. Green parts longer, whites sliced very thin
- 1 Tbsp peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil (roasted, Chinese style)
- 1+ Tbsp minced (or grated) fresh ginger
- 1+ tsp sugar (try agave nectar?)
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
mix. Can sit 2 hours, or refrigerate for longer periods.
When ready to serve, sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and/or almonds on top.
