Ethopian red-lentil stew

as usualy, combined from several recipes, adjusting for my Berbere Paste.

Pre-cook about

about 10 minutes.

saute:

Add:

saute another minute or so.

Combine with cooked lentils.
Simmer about 10 minutes or until lentils are mixed and tender.
Salt to taste, serve with injera or rice.
