Falafel
- 1+ cup dry garbanzo, then soak
- 1/2 onion, coarse
- 1/2 to 1 cup parsley, coarse
- 1/2 to 1 cup cilantro, coarse
- 1 chile
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp cardamom
- 1.5 tsp corriander
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp powder
- 1/2 tsp soda
- Chickpea flour to thicken (about 1 Tbsp)
Ground/chop together. Add powders last.
Rest about 1 hour in fridge before cooking.
Kitchen aid grinder in large is too coarse. Try fine grind plate.
